Research topics from publications: Bibliometric and visualization analysis of the application of inorganic nanomaterials to autoimmune diseases; Application of single-cell sequencing in autoimmune diseases; Establishing Classification Tree Models in Rheumatoid Arthritis Using Combination of Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry and Magnetic Beads; Cell therapy in Sjögren's syndrome: opportunities and challenges. Representative work: : Over the past 39 years, the application of inorganic nanotechnology to the field of autoimmune diseases shows extensive cooperation between countries and institutions, showing a continuous increase in the number of reports in the literature, and has clinical translation prospects. Future research should further improve the safety of inorganic nanomaterials, clarify the mechanism of action of nanomaterials, establish a standardized nanomaterial preparation and performance evaluation system, and ultimately achieve the goal of early detection and precise treatment of autoimmune diseases To the Editor: The Human Genome Project decodes the mysteries of life, explores the pathogenesis of disease, and provides scientific evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Traditional sequencing methods predominantly provide genome-wide sequence information and an average of the mix of cell types, which does not take into account the heterogeneity between cells and between subtypes. Advances in genome sequencing technology have allowed the development of single cell sequencing (SCS). SCS technology, including genome, transcriptome, and epigenetic sequencing, reveals the single cell genetic structure and gene expression status of single cells, uncovers the differences in genetic
