Research interest
I am a diagnostic and experimental anatomic and molecular pathologist at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and a Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. My research has focused on developing and applying novel tissue-based biomarker assays to improve the diagnosis, classification, and treatment of human cancers. My laboratory has developed, validated, and implemented numerous novel immunostains, transcriptional profiling assays, and molecular genetic tests to capture critical biological markers applicable to a range of human tumor types.
